Paramour

OK...I am in a very wierd position. I was married to "John". We divorced in 2003. He remarried 11/5/2004 and left his current wife to reconcile with me on 2/3/2005. Now the "current" wife is trying to make our lives miserable. They were only together 3 months! Her attorneys are wanting all this information saying he is spending money on his "paramour" (me). Does anyone know how this "rule" applies to TX law? What affect does it have on a divorce?
