UCCJEA judicial conference final hearing

has anyone been to one of these. it is my understanding that only legal arguments are allowed to be brought up? not allegations of past BS....am i correct on that? By attending in wisconsin when i filed it in florida does that make it moot? The judge ruling in florida has seen me in person and the wisconsin judge has not, so I want to give them the opportunity to look me over so to speak. also if it gos my way i will be taking our child back to florida as soon as possible, hence why i am in wisconsin temporaily! should i have any documents prepared for this hearing!
