Challenging Proof Of Service

There was order issued against me last week. The court mailed out about the hearing date with the first class mail thee days prior to that. It could have been in the mail box the day before, but I didn't open the mail box and I didn't realize until the after the fact.

I didn't get served prior to the hearing. I highly suspect my Ex didn't serve me, created a fake proof of service and showed that to court the day of hearing. She has done it before, but I didn't miss hearing at that time. But this time I did and need to be brought to attention. She is a pathological liar.

What's the steps to challenge proof of service and reverse the order?
