amt to ask for in tn

Married 15 years. 3 kids (10,13,15), he makes $70,000 a yr plus 10,000 bonus i make $24,000. Divorce is based on emotional abbuse affairs he has had with men, and recently been arrested and took a plea for solicitation of a minor (2 arrest,, boys 15 & 16). He is now a registered sex offender. We bought a home 2years ago. $217,000. Owe $2000 on one car own the other. He has 401k. Not sure how much. Life insurance, and we have a few credit cards. He is stiil going to court on a small drug charge. I'm sure he doesnt want to got to court. Hope to reach agreement. We both have an 2 year degree. Work in culinary feild. I like my job yet i dont see any room for advancement there. There isnt any further education needed. How much should i ask for? Ive talked breifly wit a lawyer and plan to proceed with him. But again hope to stay outta court. Cs will be about 1200. House payment is $1450 not sure i can afford that or if i want to. Thanks
