Is there any way to collect anything?

I'll try to make this simple (even though it isn't). My ex owes nearly $14k in child support. We had court today for his failure to comply. Numerous excuses always prevail as to why he "can't" find a job. Bottom line, he won't work. He has no bills as he lives with his mother. There is no relationship between him and child. He has no house, no car, no income, no assets (or so he claims). However, while he says he can't find a job, I've found 7 jobs he could do. Is there any possible way to enforce this child support or am I pretty much at a deadend? Tax-intercept isn't useful as he won't work, so no tax return. Taking away driver's license won't work as that was revoked anyway for dui charges. I have a ft job, but it isn't enough to cover the bills. I can't get assistance. I'm ready to give up. Any ideas would be appreciated.
