how good is my case for anullment of marriage

Hi,

I wanted to know can you get my marriage anullment. I married a girl who is from India.I am green card holder, my condition for entering into marriage was that the girl will come and join me on student visa in usa because it takes 4-5 years for green card holder to bring wife to usa. My wife has married me just because of green card.I got her admitted to usa university in hayward,but she backed out. She just wants the green card from me,she got admission packet from hayward university but she didn't even appear for usa embassy visa interview.
. I have been on lexapro from concord adult mental health clinic which caused erection problems in my honeymoon. After returning , I got my semen tests also done suspecting my manhood.
how stong is my case based on california law which states
A judgment of nullity based on fraud is also warranted where one party's motive in entering the marriage was solely to obtain a green card (to acquire U.S. residency status) and he or she never intended to engage in sexual relations with the other or to meet marital duties.
Had my wife wanted to meet her martial duties,she would have come to usa.I got married in feb 2011. We have the emails containing her degrees,passport copies and bank statements which was sent for sole purpose of getting her admitted into usa university for student visa. I gave my consent for marriage only because she agreed she will join me on student visa. But after getting admission,she didn't even appear for usa embassy interview.She says if her visa to usa gets rejected,she will have hard time for getting visa to even any other country. She is blackmailing me now to file false cases against me in india.

How strong is my case for anullment of marriage?
