child custody and divorce

My wife and i married and the day she found out she was pregnant she kicked me out with unsubstantiated grounds. We have live apart ever since. About 6 months ago I had to move back in with my parents because the i lost one of my jobs because the company closed down and could no longer pay my rent and car payment along with the child support and tanith that the state of ok was taking out of my chk and the child support they were taking for a previous marriage. I have been in Wa for six months while she is still in OK. She text me all the time that she does not feel good and is going to or has been in the hospital because of her diabetes. Our daughter turned on year in june. I have not seen her since I moved to wa. My wife was supposed to move with me but told me at the last minute that she would not go and then when I sent her plane tickets she still did not come. She is verbally abusive to me and accuses me of cheating on her when I have not. What are my chances of getting custody using my wife's health as just cause. I fear that one day she will be laying in a diabetic coma and my daughter will have no one to care for her.
