my exwife harrasses us by bringing bills by in person and involving our children making scenes etc. The court requests she mail the items, but because she gets a kick out of the powertrip she gets, she insists on hand delivering things.To make matters worse, she recently came by on a friday night while we had the children, with her boyfriend, who were both under the influence of alcohol. She confronted my wife in a threatening manner screaming at her w/ obscenities, and putting her finger in her face because my wife refused to accept the bills, and my wife struck her w/ a rolled up magazine after numerous requests that they leave the premises. My wife never left our doorstep if that means anything. Ex tried to call the police over the incident. My question is, what would they have done?
