What do you think my chances are?

My husband left me 6 years ago right as I lost my job. I had 2 children from a previous marriage and one with him. He took my then 3 year old daughter with him to his parents house. There was no abuse or ill feelings on either party. His parents paid for his lawyer. I had no money for a lawyer and legal services turned me down because I would not lie and say he was abusive.
I fell into a depression and gave in after two years of fighting for my daughter. There was no denying it, I was struggling to support 2 much less 3 kids. My youngest was well cared for, even spoiled, at her grandparents home where my ex lived. I have paid a very small but significant amount of child support all these years and fought (and won) to have her every single school holiday, all summer, christmas, etc, in addition to my every other weekends, etc.
Now, years later, he is STILL living with his elderly parents, not having kept a job long enough to get out on his own. He even remarried and moved his wife in with them!
I now have a good job, my OWN home and can provide my daughter with her siblings and a good family life. I want her full time, dammit!
It's like this - if he has our daughter, he gets the sympathy and handouts from his family that make his life easy. If he lets our daughter move in with me, he looses his meal ticket. He's not going to agree to it.
What are my chances in Texas that I can win in court? How much will it cost me?
