My wife decided that she wanted a divorce after 3.5 yrs. Not a reason, just simply "I wasn't happy". We have a child together. At first she was holding our daughter over my head (due to money). She has had many suicidal thoughts in the past month. She was really trying to rush the divorce to include lying about our last date of intimacy. I have since found out that she has had many conversations with her ex boyfriend. These conversation started 3 days b4 she told me she wanted a divorce (1 week after our last intimacy). She claims that there was nothing there, but I have proof that she had 64 phone calls in 11 days with him and a whopping 615 text messages in 11 days. I understand that Kentucky is a no fault state, but do have rights because of this? Also, can these text messages be brought up in court to prove her guilt? Thanks.

Kentucky is a no fault state.

The court does not consider anything as it relates to fault or cheating or what-have-you.
