Hello, just have some questions about QDRO's. My exhusband and I divorced in 2001, the judge ordered a QDRO. My husband had a 401k plan at the time we were married and cashed it in, I recieved nothing from it. I recently contacted him, and he told me he does not participate in a 401k now, (surely because he knows we would have to split it) though my sister says I am still entitled to half his 401k when we were married. I really do not know what to do next. Also I was wondering after 27 years of marriage, do I have to share his Social Security, with his wife, I am disabled and heard I could collect at 50 if something happens to him. I am dealing with a very difficult person. Thanks so much, Karen
