Anyone have a clue about the re-marry provision six month waiting period prior to your divorce being finalized as ordered by court. Whats that about? It took almost 4 years to get signed by the Judge and now I have to wait another six months before I can go on with life. I dont get it. Also says that "Both parties may make at any time a written and signed application -- asking that the decree be set aside--. Whats that about? Is that to support the concept that during the six months the participants might change their mind? Any help will be appreciated.
