Can his attorney go back to the courts (Nebraska) almost six years after the divorce was final and ask for my retirement account from an employer I had while we were married? I did tell my attorney about the account at the time of the divorce and he didn't report it. He said they should ask for it and that it wasn't our job to report it. (I think) at any rate I know I reported it. of course now it would be my word against his since there's probably no record of me telling him about it.

Ex told me his attorney is looking into getting alimony lowered due to this or getting the retirement money. (I have cashed in the retirement to pay the snake attorneys)
