The child support guidelines worksheet is saying I should pay my spouse $320 per month...and based on what I've read, a judge will only deviate from that worksheet by 5%. Both myself and my husband and I are in agreement that we would simply like to split everything 50/50 and neither one pay child support to the other, but I don't see how to enter this in the paperwork. Also, my employer pays 100% of my child's health insurance (which comes out to be $328/month). Is there a way I can count this since I am responsible for keeping this job that pays 100% of my child's health insurance?
