Mark C. Walsh, Esquire was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and is admitted in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. |

Education: Columbia University (B.A. 1981); Dickinson School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1985). |
