About the Authors:
Craig Everett received his Ph.D. from the Interdivisional Doctoral Program in Family Studies and Family Therapy at Florida State University. He has directed graduate programs in marital and family therapy and served on the faculties of Florida State and Auburn Universities. He is a past president of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy as well as a Fellow and Approved Supervisor for that professional association. He is editor of the journal ~f Divorce and Remarriage and serves on the editorial boards of six other professional journals. He served formerly as director of the Pima County Conciliation Court. He is currently in private practice and director of the Arizona Institute of Family Therapy in Tucson.
Sandra Volgy Everett received her Ph.D. in clinical and child psychology from the University of Arizona. She was chief psychologist for the Tucson Child Guidance Clinic and director of Child Advocacy Programs for the Pima County Conciliation Court. She was an adjunct clinical faculty member with the Interdivisional. Doctoral Program in Family Studies and Family Therapy at Florida State University and a director of the Southeast Family Institute in Tallahassee. She is currently in private practice and director of clinical education for the Arizona Institute of Family Therapy in Tucson.
