Separating and divorce are traumatic events for families. The changes and feelings can be very confusing for both adults and children. We wrote this book to help children express, explore, and understand some of the, many emotions triggered by the separation and divorce process. Some of these thoughts and reactions may be unpleasant or upsetting. As caring adults, we can help by acknowledging and understanding such responses.
