She is the founder of the Quantum Institute for Professional Divorce Planning, a training organization for other financial advisors.
EDWIN C. SCHILLING III is among the nation's most knowledgeable domestic relations attorneys on the financial and legal aspects of divorces involving military retired pay and federal civil service pensions.
