Application in Divorce
The collaborative approach to resolving the issues of a divorce does not stop with the cooperation of the lawyers and the spouses. It includes the cooperation of hired experts as well. Most collaborative lawyers have a team of professionals and experts they work with including, but not limited to, counselors, accountants, financial planners, and appraisers. This team effort is what makes a lawyer have a collaborative practice.
