Conciliation
- an attempt to obtain agreement between the divorcing couple concerning their children and any other areas of conflict.
Application in Divorce
A child loves his or her parents by the entirety, and nothing hurts a child more than seeing his or her parents fight. The conciliation court helps the parents come to a resolution involving the
children
with special attention to protecting the child in what is a very vulnerable time and emotional experience.
