- the way to behave in a courtroom.
Application in Divorce
Courtroom etiquette includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1) treat the judge respectfully and do not speak to him ir her in the second person; 2) treat opposing counsel respectfully, 3) speak when the time is appropriate; 4) dress appropriately, 5) be on time, 6) be serious, and 7) tell the truth.
