National Conference of Commisioners on Uniform State Law (NCCUSL)
- an organization of commissioners from the states, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and the United States Virgin Islands that seeks uniformity of state laws.
Application in Divorce
Since 1892, the NCCUSL has worked for uniformity in state laws. Commissioners are members of the bar and serve for fixed terms and without salaries.
NCCUSL has worked toward uniformity in marriage and family laws in the United States.
