Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)
- one of the uniform laws drafted by the NCCUSL and the ALI governing commercial transactions.
Application in Divorce
The UCC governs commercial transactions, including the sales and leasing of goods,
letters of credit
, bulk transfers, receipts, bills of lading.
Most states have adopted all or part of the UCC.
