Other people don’t warn you about how crazy-making extreme stress can be. Be forewarned! The emotional heave of divorce will leave you feeling brain dead more often than not, and that can be scary. It helps to remember that what you’re experience-ing is a "normal" part of the process, and you aren’t losing your mind - at least not permanently.
