Utah Grandparents Rights in Divorce
Grandparent Rights to Visitation:Visitation may be granted if the Grandparents child is dead or if the child's parents are divorced or legally separated. The visitation must also be found to be in the best interest of the child.Title 30, Chapter 5, Section 30-5-1 (U.C. 30-5-1 et seq.). (See also U.C. 30-3-5.)
