my moms incomplete divorce, now he is dead - 01/13/07 01:13 AM
My mom moved out and filed for divorce, nothing was completed and he just died of a heart attack. I am wondering what she is entilted to. They have been married for 9 years in the state of AZ.

Depends on what the deceased's will says . If there is no legal will , it would depend on who else could ( kids , ex wives ,etc )have claims on the estate . Please consult with an attorney .

---> Why? Which "side" are you are? Are you a beneficary or executor?
---> As noted by the other poster, a LOT is going to depend upon the beneficaries. I've actually seen divorces go forward even though one party is deceased because it changed everything.
