Anyone familliar with credit for extra parenting time? My husband is the non custodial parent but has his daughter 230 nights a year. Should he be getting a discount for extra visitation?

You can get credit for extra time but it's hardly worth the litigation. Think of the joy the daughter brings into his life. Most people would pay for that.

Any change in CS has to be filed for in court.

This is an old post, but he has the child 63% of the overnights if the number you stated is correct. If this has gone on for a year or more, he should be not be filing for a change in child support, but rather a change in custody.

He is the custodial parent by definition.
