How can the courts use depreciation when deciding child support if the last tax year for the depreciation was 2003.

I don't understand your question. if the person was self employed and you mean that depreciation was used to determine adjusted Gross income, you are correct that it should not have been.

My question is where would the divorce take place? I filed for divorce Jan 11, 2011 at the County Clerk of Courts. My husband filed for divorce in Tribal Court Jan 12, 2011. Wouldn't it be whoever filed first, which would mean we would go to County Court? The Tribal Court already has an initial hearing date for Feb. 10, 2011.
