We were together 9 years but never married. We had a daughter together. we just seperated 4 months ago and now she wants to take my daughter out of state.DO I have any rights in AZ to maybe stop this? She is moving to MO with her sister that already has 4 kids. She has NO job and so on. I need some advice fast on what I can do to either stop her or at least keep my daughter.

It's been a couple months -- I hope you were able to stop her. My husband's ex did the same thing, and he was not able to stop her (long story). It was very traumatic on the children, not to mention my husband.

It's been two years since they left and they're still not adjusted to the distance.

If you haven't already, and it's not too late, get a lawyer and fight her. I don't care what her reasons are -- moving children away from their father (unless he's dangerous) is NEVER a good idea.
