I am doing my uncontested divorce papers myself. We have 2 children and have agreed on everything and I have most of the paperwork done. Although I'm not sure which papers are needed. I've called the Clerks office in Forsyth County and gotten different answers each time. Also, on one call I was told I had to have a child support worksheet but was told my an informed friend who just went thru a divorce that as long as we agreed on child support we didn't have to provide a worksheet. Is there a definate list anywhere of what papers are needed and what is not?

Thanks so much for any help.

I would go to the Clerks office and ask them personally.
They can advise you as to the paperwork you need.
I wouldn't think you will need a worksheet, however I would fill one out just to make sure your children are getting what they are supposed to get and you are not getting lowballed.
