I need to know what my approx. spousal support $$ amount should be as my temp is 2,200 per month. This is based on me earning 105K (Union job) and my ex's 12K in Santa Clara County. This was based on my 40% net minus her 50% net. We were married 28 years, no minor children, she always worked part time. How much is reasonable and for how long...what about modifiable VS non-modifiable?
