My ex and I were not married just together for 22 years with a 16 year old daughter. We just officially ended it June 17 one week later he moved out we could not get along. And it was not a good living arrangement. We are both on the deed. He moved to his girlfriends and signed a lease. He took about half his stuff I sent him message I was going thru house. Got most of his belongings together what I could put in his closet and section of garage told him to come pick it up. He said he would press charges against me for harassment? Can I get in trouble for this?

Harassment for what? he left the house and signed a lease with someone else. Big mistake on his part. There aren't grounds for harassment based on what you have said.. He is the one that moved out.
