We are filing a simplified dissolution of marriage. No Alimony. No children. We have a house. We are agreeing on him buying me out...and how. Do we still have to file the financial affidavit with the courts? Or can we just state we've agreed to the financial aspects?

The courts want this info to determine the fairness of the request to make sure it's reasonable. Let's say you make $4,000,000 a year and he makes $25K, and the 2 of you are proposing he pay $800K on a $1.6M house. Or, vice versa. Neither of these would fly in court because they are not reasonable.
