I own a home which I purchased before I was married. At the time of marriage the house was paid for, but there was a home equity line of credit for around $5,000 which we have since paid off. The house is solely in my name. If we are divorced, is my spouse entitled to any share in the home? We've been married for six years and the home has appreciated greatly in value during that time.

According to divorcenet, in Colorado "Any increase in value of separate property during marriage is marital property".

So the value at the time of marriage is probably still yours, but appreciation since marriage would probably be split.
