I was able to successfully get my divorce and was awarded the alimony that I wanted. I used a local company and they were a godsend. Only $150 and 2 months time to get it all over. But the problem I am having now is that my ex husband is not paying the alimony that the judge ordered him to pay. He either pays it partially or really late. There needs to be some kind of rules for him to follow. My question is what do I do now? How do I bring it to a judges attention that he is not in compliance?

You have to bring him to court. Know that a payer has to at least 1 month behind to be considered. late for court action.
