So after over a year of the ex not refinancing I took her back to court to force her to refinance or hand over to me to sell. I can make her pay 1/2 the expenses that it takes to get the house ready to sell as well as the other usual lawyer and real estate stuff.

So, my question is what expenses can i claim? Like my tine, gas, materials, and obvious contracted labor etc? Since neither of us will live in the home can i make her pay the mortgage & insurance that is having to be paid while it sells (take it off the top at the end when it sells?).
