My divorce became official in October of last year. We have always agreed on her keeping the house, and buying me off of it. It states in the legal documents a date of 3/1/18 that this would take place. The judge brought it up at the hearing, we both verified the date, and he asked if we would be flexible on it...which what's the point of a date if it's okay to overlook it. Anyway...she makes 20k a year and I make 55...we are in Colorado. She can pay the mortgage with child support and maintenance, but obviously the banks won't finance her with an income so low. I'm bleeding financially pretty bad, and was and am needing that money. Can I push the iss issue legally? If she cant get financed, what really can the state do?

The state will force her to sell the house so you can get your equity. Your problem is a common one; the person taking the house can't get a loan. Most folks sell to get rid of all financial entanglements.
