During a California divorce, how many years of financial records are reviewed to determine how much money must be divided up?
For example, are the last 5 or 10 years of banking records reviewed?
Do you happen to know what section of California law addresses this particular issue? Thank you

There is no specific time period in CA law. Instead, you can ask as far back as it's relevant and this is done during discovery. Otherwise, typically just this year's tax return is needed and whatever current financial info that's relevant to the divorce.
