Just had a court date 10/25/18 and a final order 11/28/18 Ex didn't want to drive our son to NJ anymore said he was to busy with sports and activities. Court order states he has be brought to NJ at least once a month. She emailed me and said she will not do it. She lives in WV and was the one who created the distance. I have downloaded the papers to file. The question is do I wait till the end of January to file or do I file now with the email from her where she states she is not going to bring him? 2nd What will happen to her for not following the court order?

The courts will tell her to transport and nothing beyond that. If she continues to not transport, you have to go to court again. It takes several "contempts's before the courts will do much.
